While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice.

4. Data Usage

You acknowledge that:

• The data accessed through our API is provided is created & copyrighted by Wrkout
• You must maintain appropriate privacy policies for your use of the data
• You will not use the data for any unlawful purposes
• You will not store, cache or distribute any data requested from the API

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions are billed in advanced on a monthly or annual basis
• No refunds are provided for partial use or cancellation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Unused API requests from the free tier or paid plans do not roll over to the next billing period

6. API Key & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Reporting any unauthorized use or security breaches
• Implementing appropriate security measures in your applications

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
